To be successful as a Bilingual Remote Recruiter, you will want to have:

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish Language Required
  • Remote position with flexibility to travel to Southern branches as needed
  • 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing
  • A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
  • A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
