Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide information on Delta Airlines products, services, and loyalty programs.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certifications or training in customer service or the travel industry are a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred but not required.
