Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute customer engagement programs that create long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  2. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure successful execution of customer engagement initiatives.
  4. Monitor and evaluate program performance and customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  6. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for customer engagement.
  7. Manage budget and resources to ensure cost-effective execution of customer engagement programs.
  8. Create presentations and reports to communicate program results and progress to senior management.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement.
  10. Develop training programs and procedures for customer engagement teams.
