Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer engagement programs that create long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure successful execution of customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for customer engagement.
- Manage budget and resources to ensure cost-effective execution of customer engagement programs.
- Create presentations and reports to communicate program results and progress to senior management.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement.
- Develop training programs and procedures for customer engagement teams.
