eBay is looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Customer Engagement Programs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of high-impact, customer-facing initiatives that create long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of developing and executing customer engagement programs. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute customer engagement programs that create long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.

  3. Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure successful execution of customer engagement initiatives.

  6. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for customer engagement.
  7. Manage budget and resources to ensure cost-effective execution of customer engagement programs.

  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement.
  10. Develop training programs and procedures for customer engagement teams.
