Responsibilities:
Amazon Store Management: Handle day-to-day operations of our Amazon store, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to optimize our product listings.
Optimization: Implement strategies to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance on the Amazon platform.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and report generation.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role is preferred.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and Amazon policies.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools, spreadsheet software, and e-commerce platforms.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality work.
