Capability Building

• 
  Provide training and coaching to the Supply Planning and Distribution Requirements Planning, Detailed Production Scheduling and Materials Requirements Planning Community to improve their skills and expertise.
• Work with a skilled, motivated team of Supply Planners to continuously improve the quality of the demand and supply plans and the efficiency with which they are produced.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships within a network of Supply Planners (including super users) by leading and actively presenting in Supply functional meetings with other business units to share experiences and contribute to defining company-wide best practices and to ensure alignment and standard ways of working across the different business units.
• Cascades knowledge of supply and demand planning best practices and tools to other planners, new hires and cross-functional teams.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the direct People Leader.
