Strategic Cost Manager ID-1015
Design and develop framework and processes to drive should cost activities and cost reductions for the Procurement organization. Scope can expand from Direct Materials to Indirect Materials Commodities. Drive value creations thru the use of advanced procurement tools such as spend analytic tool. Should cost modeling, benchmarking, data visualization, dashboard. COE/IT business partner - Primary architect for systems and tools requirement related to Cost Management within Procurement group such as Advanced Spend Intelligence, Should-Cost Optimization and Procurement Performance Management Perform market research and analysis of best in class solutions. Represent Procurement and ensure that the appropriate requirements are met in the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP system. Work closely with upper management on a regular basis to provide KPI executive summary. Work closely with stakeholders to optimize for Total cost of ownership analysis Lead cross functional teams to drive cost reduction initiatives to completion.
