Responsibilities

Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering effective and timely assistance.
Document customer interactions accurately in the support ticketing system for tracking and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Monitor and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improving our services and support processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in a live chat environment.
Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
Ability to multitask efficiently while managing several conversations at once.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing customer needs.
Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

PAY RATE: $20.00 - $32.19 Hourly
Experience and Skills:

Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in a live chat environment.
Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing customer needs.
