WordPress.com is looking for an experienced marketing manager to create, implement, and refine paid media strategies to acquire, convert, and monetize customers. This candidate should have deep knowledge in the digital marketing space, have hands-on experience optimizing multi-million dollar SEM campaigns, and possess strong analytics, project management, and analytics skills. 


Responsibilities: 


  • Acquiring incremental customers within desired cost guardrails.
  • Improving conversion rate through funnel optimization and message testing.
  • Optimizing paid media channel performance. 
  • Discovering new sources of growth by testing into new paid media channels, campaigns, audiences, and/or regions. 
  • Reporting and analytics: utilizing data in order to inform strategic marketing decisions.

Salary range: $100,000-$150,000 USD - Please note that salary ranges are global, regardless of location, and we pay in local currency.
