**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage reservations and guest screening for optimal experiences.
- Communicate with guests and property owners via Uplisting.
- Coordinate cleaning teams and property supplies.
- Handle resolution claims (Aircover) and minimize negative reviews.
- Oversee property maintenance and monitor security systems.
- Review property video recordings for compliance.
- Process vendor payments and prepare expense reports.
- Compile monthly reports for property owners.
- Post updates on social media and follow up with leads.
- Conduct quality audits on Airbnb listings.
- Lead onboarding for new properties and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Act as the main contact for property owners on pricing and inquiries.
- Update operational procedures and property documents.
**Key Requirements:**
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
- Experience in guest support, especially with Airbnb.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and typing abilities.
- Proficiency in various technology platforms (Google Drive, Uplisting, etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
