What You Will Do:

As a Customer Care Agent:

·         Providing all customers with an outstanding experience, being responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

·         Responding to customer enquiries, including telephone calls and emails, to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other queries such as amendments, payments and cancellations.

·         Work to set customer experience milestones by responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

As a Retention/Renewals Agent:

·         Engaging with customers through phone calls, emails, and live chat to understand what insurance they need and offer personalised solutions.

·         Building strong relationships by communicating well and really listening to customers.

·         Reviewing policies closely to make sure customers have the right coverage and looking for chances to suggest additional products (upselling)

·         Helping customers with changes to their policies, renewals, and guiding them through each step.

·         Keeping up with industry trends, products, and competitors to give customers the best and most useful information.

·         Working with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

·         Recent graduates with qualifications in business, communications, or a related field.
