Are you an experienced Hubspot administrator that can support Hubspot Ecosystem features – Hubspot Website as well as Hubspot Marketing Hub? Do you want to work remotely? Do you have well rounded experience configuring Hubspot, addressing problems and technical debt as well as ability to plan/design modifications to existing configuration to be able to meet growing business needs? Can you perform research and proof of concepts to ensure proposed changes to configuration are not affecting existing functionality? Do you have experience collaborating with IT and Marketing teams to develop solutions that meet the business goals? What will you be doing?

 

    • Be the leader ( administrator) and primary point of contact for technical configuration of Hubspot Website and Hubspot Marketing Hub
    • Audit current Hubspot Website to address technical debt
    • Audit integrations between Hubspot website and 3rd party lead generating systems
    • Review Hubspot website theme and propose fixes
    • Audit current Hubspot Marketing Hub to address technical debt
    • Audit integration between Hubspot Marketing Hub and 3rd party CRM (Salesforce etc)
    • Propose efficient ways to address issues while supporting day to day needs
    • Fix the identified problems based on the priority of issues, documenting changes and minimizing risk
    • Provide input in configuring Hubspot to ensure existing and future business needs are accommodated, continuously explore opportunities to improve Hubspot processes and functionalities
    • Review error logs, reports, SEO recommendations etc. to ensure the set up of Hubspot is properly maintained and issues addressed promptly.
    • Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the HubSpot platform
    • Analyze Hubspot data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
    • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to Hubspot users
    • Be the go-to source for information on Hubspot functionality
    • Be part of Agile implementation process, and track your work in tickets, providing status updates, feedback, and be part of backlog grooming, prioritization and estimation of work
    • Collaborate with other members of the Enterprise Data and Apps team, Marketing Ops and Sales Ops teams to provide suggestions for new features implementation, while maintaining performance and stability of the system
