ERM is responsible for independent review and effective challenge of the company’s financial and non-financial risks. This candidate needs a strong background in AI risk management and a deep understanding of frameworks.

Your Impact :

Develop and implement AI risk management strategies in alignment with the NIST AI RMF and other relevant frameworks.

Conduct independent risk assessments and audits of AI systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

Provide oversight and challenge to the 1st line of defense on their AI risk management practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems are designed, developed, and deployed with robust risk mitigation in mind.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of AI risk management practices and recommend enhancements as needed.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in AI risk management.

Provide training and guidance to team members on AI risk management principles and practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or 5 years direct experience in a related field; advanced studies / degree preferred.

Typically 8-10 years related experience and 2+ years management experience.

Proven experience in AI risk management, with a focus on frameworks such as NIST AI RMF.

Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and their associated risks.

Robust experience using Governance Risk and Controls

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Experience in writing and developing policies and standards related to AI Risk Management.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISSP) are a plus.
