Responsible for work instruction creation and RS-25 pump and engine assembly.  Works with other disciplines to effectively achieve goals.  Performs tasks related to work instruction creation and Manufacturing Engineer engine assembly and test tasks. Participates in flight engine manufacturing, assembly, and test lead tasks.

Essential Functions:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with all levels of manufacturing staff.
  • Experience with Delmia.
  • Experience with deploying electronic work instructions or BOMs.
  • Previous role in manufacturing, front-loading product definition, and technical work instruction development to comply with product and process definitions.
  • Proficiency in machining, geometric design and tolerancing, and assembly processes.
