Network & Systems Administrator ID-1479

Under general direction, is responsible for assisting in the technical design, configuration, and implementation of local and wide area network solutions between multiple platforms including ongoing technical support to remote area networks, Internet, and EDI communications. Has thorough knowledge of multi-protocol systems and extensive implementation experience with multi-vendor network systems. Is responsible for troubleshooting network usage, workstations, and computer peripherals. Will develop and implement policies and standards and ensures adherence to security procedures. This position will be in charge of documentation-data entry, monitoring systems, office organizing, and clerical tasks related to the department. This is a full time position that earns $31.19 to $46.79, plus benefits including paid time off, and medical, dental, life, LTD and STD insurance. Employees also may elect to participate in a 403b with a discretionary match.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage performance of LANS.
  • Manage security of LANS.
  • Work with multiple hardware and software platforms.
  • Assist with physical infrastructure troubleshooting and projects.
  • Assist with installing and replacing cameras, AP's, printers, switches and network cabling etc.
  • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
  • Troubleshooting poster displays
  • Troubleshoot network printers.
  • Assist ticketing staff and Ticketmaster in troubleshooting connectivity or function issues with Archtics RDP, TMWIN(host) etc.
  • Share in 24/7 on-call schedule with Computer and Information Systems Manager.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software.
  • Administer department purchasing and expense reporting
  • Assist with migrations and deployments.
  • Conduct documentation data entry and management in "IT Glue".
  • Monitor and maintain SaaS dashboards such as: "Azure/Office365", Okta, "Ringcentral", "Cisco-Meraki", "Ubiquiti-Unifi", "Bitdefender (Gravityzone)" and "GoTo Resolve", "Kaseya" (Spanning and IT Gue etc)
