Job Summary: The Production Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging finished plastic products according to company standards and customer specifications. This role involves working closely with the production team to ensure products are packaged efficiently and accurately, maintaining high levels of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate packaging machinery and equipment.
  • Inspect and package finished products according to specifications.
  • Label and prepare products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies.
  • Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate packaging machinery and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret instructions.
