Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various machinery and tools. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Duties

  • Operate and monitor machinery for rebar fabrication such as RMS411, 611, EVG, QC7 machines, shears, and table benders.
  • Set up machines according to specifications and perform necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers to ensure product quality.
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
  • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient materials handling and packaging.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment in the manufacturing facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
