Senior Project Manager - Cross-Functional Team Leader ID-1010

The Senior Project Manager is essential to the success of projects at AUC. This role requires collaboration with various departments, including Account, Creative, Strategy, Studio, Production, and Business Operations to ensure flawless project execution. The Senior Project Manager must be adaptable, assisting with clients, new business, and stretch projects as needed. This individual identifies and resolves process gaps while analyzing the competency of team members, leading by example, and mentoring other project managers. A strong focus on improving workflow and cross-functional collaboration is key to the position. The Senior Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget, coordinating efforts with the Resource Manager and overseeing quality control.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is \(80,000-\)90,000.
