Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a senior or advanced technician role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting networks, servers, and cloud-based applications.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
