Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update customer information, reservations, and flight data into company databases and systems.
- Review and verify data to ensure correctness and completeness, identifying discrepancies or errors.
- Process incoming data from various sources, ensuring timely and efficient updates to internal systems.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer and company data at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that data is aligned with operational needs and policies.
- Assist in generating reports based on entered data to help improve operational efficiency.
- Provide support to various teams by ensuring smooth data flow and accuracy across systems.
- Stay updated with Southwest Airlines’ data management procedures, policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Experience with data entry, office administration, or other clerical work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Educational Qualifications:
