Job Summary The Hulu Social Media & Influencer Partnerships team is seeking a Talent & Influencer Partnerships Specialist who will assist with executing influencer and celebrity partnerships that advance Hulu’s Brand and Content priorities, driving awareness among potential subscribers and ensuring that the Hulu brand is a critical part of celebrated cultural moments. The ideal candidate will have experience with influencer marketing, celebrity & entertainment culture, and social media. This person will be a strong communicator and collaborator, a creative thinker, have a positive attitude, a problem solver, experience working on multiple projects at once, organized and be flexible with the ever-changing digital landscape. The position will report to the Director, Hulu Talent & Influencer Partnerships and work with teams across the ecosystem of Hulu, Disney Streaming, Disney Entertainment and The Walt Disney Company. Primary Responsibilities Help execute influencer and celebrity partnership campaigns with individuals whose brand aligns with Hulu’s values and mission and whose followers expand Hulu’s reach among core and opportunity audiences Assist in campaign management from strategy to execution, supporting with creative ideation and approvals, screener delivery, asset delivery, collecting feedback across stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed by established deadlines Coordinate with external agencies to ensure Hulu continues to deliver best-in-class influencer and celebrity media campaigns from creative production to fan engagement Serve as liaison for select talent and influencer partners, supporting overall relationship management Be a cross-functional teammate who engages, listens and collaborates. This role works closely with Social, Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Talent Relations, Social Insights, and Legal teams. Create presentations and stakeholder updates that effectively communicate campaign status and performance across internal teams Brainstorm opportunities to enhance how we collaborate with talent & influencer partners to ensure we’re maximizing reach and value-add opportunities that engage partners’ fanbases Manage team trackers and status documents by ensuring they’re up-to-date on a weekly basis Analyze performance regularly and have an understanding of social and performance metrics to produce postmortem campaign reports, ensuring the team is optimizing performance based on learnings Basic Qualifications 2 years minimum of entertainment experience across influencer marketing, social media marketing, and talent relations Experience working on social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, social content creation, and events An understanding of the entertainment social media landscape, platforms, trends, and consumer behavior Ability to manage and communicate with partners; influencers, celebrities, their representation (agents, managers, publicists), external agency partners, and internal stakeholders Understanding of important metrics and KPIs against broader business objectives; understands how to leverage data to uncover new opportunities and insights Great time management skills, organization skills, verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, ability to switch between creative projects and analytical/strategic projects with ease Loves TV, film and all things entertainment, especially on Hulu and across TWDC brands Eager to gain experience with producing and presenting campaigns and delivering results to internal and external stakeholders Proficient in Google Suite, Keynote, Microsoft Suite, and social media tools such as CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, and/or Tribe Dynamics Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field #JConference2025 The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $58,700.00 to $78,600.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
