As a Teller, you will support customer engagement by processing transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. You will also be responsible for completing operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies. Your role will involve performing routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently, utilizing your knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as collaborating with partners across the organization. You will receive direction from managers and will be expected to exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures. Additionally, you will interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions. Responsibilities

  • Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital solutions.
  • Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English.

  • 6+ months of experience interacting with people, demonstrated through work, military, or education.
  • Military experience (transitioning military service member, reserve military service member, or a veteran) and currently enrolled in a college or university program.
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.

  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
