We help brands own every moment, wherever they take place.Job Details Job Title: Account Executive Producer Supervision Received: VP, Experience Delivery Group Exemption Status: ExemptJob SummaryThe Account Executive Producer is a production leader responsible for the successful oversight of a portfolio of complex, high-visibility projects for a high-profile technology client. This role drives overarching production excellence across B2B and B2C programs, while overseeing individual producers on projects, ranging from global conferences to emerging brand experiences such as roadshows and customer activations. The Account Executive Producer is well-versed in communications and engagement strategy and client account management.This person will serve as the primary connection between Invisionts delivery teams and the client, ensuring cohesion, quality, and consistency across cross-functional teams and workstreams. This role will provide strategic input, elevate production quality, guide financial stewardship, and deploy top-tier talent across the account. The Account Executive Producer collaborates with the Account Lead on account planning, forecasting, portfolio budget management and client procurement needs as well as development and management of processes. This position requires both operational discipline and creative nimbleness, enabling the ability to navigate nuance, advocate for informed solutions, and inspire confidence at every turn.Responsibilities Account Leadership & Portfolio Oversight: Provide high-level oversight of all production activities across the account Partner with Account, Strategic, Creative and Technical leadership on planning and scope alignment Establish and implement processes for multiple projects within a specific account Ensure continuity of vision and quality across a broad range of experiences Leads project planning for account communications and strategy. Serve as a trusted point of escalation for teams and clients. Team Guidance & Resourcing: Identify and allocate appropriate production talent Empower producers and provide coaching Balance involvement with trust in team execution Client & Internal Relationships: Act as a senior-level client interface Navigate tough conversations with clarity Build strong cross-functional partnerships Financial & Operational Leadership: Oversee account-wide budget planning, must be comfortable managing and understanding a portfolio of $20M+ Collaborate on financial reviews Support proposals and staffing models Thought Leadership & Strategic Input: Participate in early-stage creative and strategic planning Spot patterns and drive improvement Qualifications: 10+ years of production experience Expertise in B2B/B2C and conference execution Experience as a leader in managing large and complex teams and projects Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management Ability to manage multiple projects over long periods of time Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills Client focused, accountable and able to lead teams effectively Demonstrates problem-solving skills and is resolution-focused Comfortable as a voice of confidence in tough discussions Passion for providing exceptional service and quality Financial fluency and strategic insight Extensive knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Suite Ability to travel as needed Hours Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (40 hours per week). However, due to the nature and scope of the position days and hours may fluctuate.Physical Requirements Ability to perform job duties that may include an average amount of lifting (+ or 25lbs.), sitting, bending, stooping and standing is required.Travel Requirements Heavy travel is associated with this position. Travel for Invision-related business is reimbursable at the amount allotted under state & federal guidelines.Education/Experience This position requires a minimum of ten years experience in the area of production or project management and a proven track record of completed projects.Salary The salary range for this role is from $150,000.00 to $185,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range, based on factors such as geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, which may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
