Conduct individual and group education sessions for members on various healthcare topics. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is being communicated to members. Create educational materials, such as pamphlets and videos, to assist in member education. Utilize various communication methods, such as in-person, phone, and email, to reach members and provide education. Monitor and track member education progress and outcomes. Serve as a resource for members, answering questions and providing additional support as needed. Stay current with healthcare industry trends and changes to ensure the most relevant and accurate information is being shared with members. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with members and colleagues. Collaborate with other departments within Kaiser Permanente to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives to improve member education and support. Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. Act as an advocate for members, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard within the organization. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. Follow all policies and procedures set forth by Kaiser Permanente to ensure compliance and quality of care.
