Process Consultant Senior or Lead ID-9305

As a process consultant senior or lead in our Direct Special Lines group, you'll handle key projects and initiatives to produce impactful and measurable results for the business's bottom line. These projects will drive new business growth for our boat, motorcycle, and RV insurance products. In this role, you'll collaborate with various business groups including Media, Marketing, UX and Design, Tech and Innovation, and Quote and Buy. You'll also workon projects related to local and regional media efforts, win-back and retargeting strategy, and influencer media strategy.

This position is open to US based remote work only.

Compensation

  • $80,000-$96,100/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
