The Sales Planning Business Manager will be responsible for developing (within the business unit Studio) and deploying (to the field), one national, cross-channel, category growth driving customer strategy and business plan.

In this role, you will:

• To develop (within the business unit Studio) and deploy (to the field), one national, cross-channel, category growth driving customer strategy and business plan.
• Engage our People as Business Owners: Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promotegrowth. 30%
• Drive the Business: Owns cross channel Business Plan for Category or Brand. Exhibits cross-functional leadership and Customer perspective.Responsible to advocate for assigned customers. 20%
• Customer and Category Planning: Recommends integrated customer plan and supports business plan release for assigned Category/Brand. Workswith 3D team to influence development of 18 month plan. 30%
• Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization. 20%

What we look for:

• Business Unit Operations: Manages customer oriented daily activities and collaborates with Category Sales Planning team to frame acceptable range of outcomes to material risks and opportunities as they manifest.
• Drive the Business: Owns cross channel Business Plan for Brand. Exhibits cross-functional leadership and customer perspective. Responsible to advocate for assigned customers.
• NRM Planning (Full Scope NRM, incl. Pricing): Owns developing and driving execution of customer NRM plans.
• National Business Plan: Owns the development and deployment (including required immersions) of one national 12-18mo. customer plan.
• S&OP/S&OE: Owns minimizing forecast error from customer teams and supports plan optimization.
• Coaches and develops individual and those on broader Glad team.

Workplace type:

This role is preferred to be within a Clorox Hub location and will be reporting into an office 3x per week in alignment with Hybrid 2.0. Open to internal remotely located candidates who are qualified.
