Job Title: Part-Time Sales Promoter
Location: Lodi, CA
Schedule: Part-Time | 7–28 Hours/Week | Flexible Shifts
Compensation: Starting at $24.00 - $26.00/hour + Weekly Bonus Opportunities (based on performance)

What You’ll Do


  • Engage directly with Costco members to promote and sell featured products.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and create a fun, positive shopping experience.
  • Set up and maintain attractive, compliant demo stations.
  • Track sales and manage inventory for your promotions.
  • Stay in the loop by checking updates and schedules from your manager.
  • Join team check-ins or compliance calls as needed.
  • Work independently in a self-paced, retail sales environment.

Physical Requirements


  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs multiple times per shift.
  • Ability to transport and set up a folding table (2’ x 4’) from your vehicle to the store.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical setup/breakdown tasks.

Additional Information


  • Bonus structure and performance targets are communicated weekly.
  • Promoters may earn bonuses based on units sold (up to 100 units/day per product).
