The Role: Flavor Crew Member

This role isn’t limited to one spot—you’ll jump in wherever you’re needed. Some days you’ll be behind the line making great food, other times you’ll be up front ringing up customers, and in between you’ll be prepping ingredients, keeping things clean, and helping the whole restaurant run smoothly. Every shift is different, and every day is full of flavor.

What You’ll Do

  • Cook and prepare menu items with care and consistency
  • Assist with daily prep work to keep service running smoothly
  • Ring up customers and provide friendly, helpful service
  • Keep your station (and the whole shop) clean and organized
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients and follow food safety practices
  • Work together with the team to deliver great food fast
  • Share ideas—we’re building something special, and your voice matters
  • Monitor ingredients and restock as needed
  • Pitch in wherever needed—because that’s how the Flavor Crew rolls

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience is preferred, but not required—we’re all about passion and attitude
  • A love for food and pride in your work
  • The ability to move fast, stay focused, and have fun doing it
  • Great communication and a team-first mindset
  • Comfortable switching between different roles during a shift
