· Proficiency in online teaching platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams).

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to design and implement personalized learning plans based on students needs.

· Patience, flexibility, and excellent time management skills.

· A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space for teaching.

· Teaching certification (preferred but not mandatory for all subjects).

Experience

· Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience in a subject area relevant to the position.

· Prior experience with online education platforms is highly desirable.

· Experience in developing digital teaching materials and assessments.

Working Hours
