Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Yelp's platform and community guidelines is a plus.
- Prior experience in content moderation or community management is a plus.
