Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via  phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, booking changes, cancellations, and more.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with tickets, reservations, flight schedules, and travel preferences.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner while ensuring resolution.
  • Process and update customer information and flight details accurately in company systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Southwest Airlines' policies, procedures, and promotional offers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient operations.
  • Promote and maintain a positive company image by upholding Southwest Airlines' customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred but not required).
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
