This position will be a neighborhood support of Providers in surrounding clinics The Certified Nurse Aide is an integral part of the clinic team inside of MinuteClinic. The role assists in providing medical services in a unique retail setting. Under the supervision of a MinuteClinic Health Services Supervisor, with day to day direction from the clinic Provider, the Certified Nurse Aide will advance the evidence based practice in all patient encounters as they perform the major job duties and tasks within the scope of their training. Major Job Duties and Tasks: The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) will work in an enhanced capacity to drive significant clinical and operational efficiencies at the practice level. Under the supervision of a MinuteClinic Health Services Supervisor, with day-to-day direction from the clinic Provider, the CNA will focus on appointment management, workflow optimization & support, and enable growth, while also being able to provide a limited scope of clinical patient care based on state regulations. Patient Care Assist with managing patients in the waiting space and level set wait time expectations. Assist with patient registration and answer questions regarding MinuteClinic services.
