someone who’s good at paying attention to details and is motivated to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. This job is part-time and remote, so you can work from wherever you’re comfortable.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and quickly into our systems.
- Check data carefully for mistakes, and if you find any, fix them and let us know.
- Keep good records of all the data you work with.
- Work closely with your team to make sure data is flowing smoothly and is accurate.
- Follow the rules and guidelines to keep our data safe and correct.
Required Skills:
- You should be really good at typing accurately and fast.
- Paying close attention to small details is super important.
- You need to communicate well with your team and other departments.
- Being able to manage your time and get things done on time is key, especially when you’re working from home.
- Knowing your way around data entry software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Qualifications:
- You should have some experience doing data entry, especially if it was remote work.
- A high school diploma or something equivalent is necessary, but having extra certifications in data entry is a bonus.
- You need to be available to work part-time during specific hours.
