We are hiring Caregivers/HHA/PCAs to work one-on-one with our in-home VA patients in New Haven, CT and the surrounding area. This role is crucial in providing support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, allowing individuals to remain in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 patient care and report observations of the client’s condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager.
  • Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when business travel is required.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, personal hygiene, and mobility.
  • Perform household tasks essential to clients’ personal care.

Qualifications

  • Six months experience in home care preferred.
  • Access to public transportation OR dependable vehicle with a current driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
