Southington Care Center features a state-of-the–art rehab pavilion complete with Aqua Therapy and an Occupational Therapy suite that replicates the home setting. Our staff promotes quality of life while fostering maximum well-being, with a wide range of wellness programs

Responsible for the supervision of nursing staff and patient care activities on the assigned shift, towards the achievement of excellence in patient care.  You will supervise all clinical care and act as a clinical resource for staff and perform direct clinical care as needed.  


Qualifications


  • State of CT Registered Nurse with five or more years of nursing experience
  • BSN preferred
  • Previous leadership experience strongly preferred 
  • CPR Certification required
  • Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills required
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
