These Delivery Manager roles will be part of the Enterprise Platforms and Technology Business Enablement Cross Platform Delivery Team (EP&TBE CPD Team) and will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery for large and critical delivery initiatives in partnership with engineering, product, and business leaders.

  • Develops and tracks progress against the Delivery Management on Technology Delivery projects, aligning with business objectives, priorities and resource allocation.
  • Drives the adoption of new and innovative technologies, best practices, and methodologies across teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Owns the planning and delivery of quality compliance, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Reviews system requirements, functional specifications and solutions for potential enhancements, troubleshooting and resolving platform issues through innovative solutions.
  • Leads and orchestrates the facilitation of Program Increment (PI) Planning and Scrum-of-Scrums (SOS) meetings across platforms with leadership, product management, delivery teams, and business partners.
  • Manages impediments, risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs across stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to hire top talent for the team, ensuring a high-functioning and cohesive unit, implementing strategies for talent retention and professional development.
  • Collaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Establishes integrated release plans that align dependencies and milestones across teams, trains, and external partners.
  • Facilitates the alignment of technical solutions with Enterprise Architect and platform teams.
  • Drives technology product delivery & integration across platforms, trains, domains and lines of business.
  • Resolves or raises impediments, manages risk, and promotes committed improvement throughout Technology.
  • Communicates and drives strategic technology product objectives & roadmaps at scale.
  • Responsible for Large solution events across the ARTS Technology market product delivery events, alignment with partners, including agile ceremonies.
  • Drives all Technology activities through production release.
  • Focuses on program (i.e. Epic level) execution and cross platform product delivery (broader than train and trains of trains within platform, End to End also recognized as E2E).
  • Drives program / cross platform / trains of trains product delivery demonstrating servant leadership coupled with technical expertise across domains and the corresponding business domain knowledge.
  • Partners with LPM, Product and Engineering owners for early engagement and prioritization process.
  • Drives Pre-Program Increment (PI) planning meetings with leadership, product management, delivery teams and Business Partners.
  • Cross Platform Integrated Release Planning and status reporting.
  • Ensures dependency alignment for the teams & trains across organization & external partners (where applicable).
  • Partners with Product Managers, Product Owners, New Product Development, Business Partners and Architects to help assure strategy, vision and road map alignment and execution (initiative and epic specific).
  • Ensures value is achieved by the program/technology product delivery on behalf of end users.
  • Create data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the program using relevant portfolio, program and team level metrics.
  • Identify and manage gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams and trains.

Technical Skills

  • Inform or co-develop architecture and process flows to ensure end to end technology product solutions.
  • Understand the program’s technical platforms and applications.
  • Execute solution technical alignment discussions. Bridges the gap between product teams.
  • Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages is ideal

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years Technical Project Manager experience and/or relevant Program/Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of software design with a proven track record of increasing responsibility.
  • Experience handling Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality.
  • Experience with project/program financial plans, capacity management and reporting while ensuring compliance with Rally and Agile delivery.
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills; Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business product managers.
  • Ability to get industry leading solutions to market efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams.
  • Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software.
  • Experience using Rally or JIRA agile delivery management platform.

Preferred Qualification

  • Knowledge of Global Accounts Receivable, Global Loyalty and Benefits and/or Digital Banking.
  • Current/active PMI-ACP, PMP, SPC or SA certification.
  • Additional Agile Certifications.
  • Experience with object-oriented design and coding skills across a variety of platforms (JAVA, HTML5, BLAZE, DB2, XML and Mainframe).

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
