Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, including user setup, onboarding, and data management
  • Handle basic configurations such as creating fields, updating page layouts, creating flows, updating reports and dashboards
  • Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, addressing issues and answering questions related to the platform and managing a support inbox.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions in Salesforce
  • Monitor data integrity and perform routine data cleanups
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance processes for new Salesforce features or updates
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a related role. Practical experience with Salesforce configuration and customization is a plus.
  • Certification: While Salesforce Administrator Certification is not mandatory, a strong interest in pursuing and obtaining certification is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, standard/custom objects, including data management, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Proficient in Excel
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently.
