Remote Live Chat Agent ID-1624

We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our remote support team. In this role, you’ll respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat, helping to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers to the right resources. As part of our team, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive customer relationships.

What Will You Do?

  • Provide real-time chat support to customers by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and troubleshooting issues.

  • Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  • Answer questions related to TSI’s products and services, and provide solutions or guidance as needed.

  • Document customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain accurate service records.

  • Escalate more complex issues to other teams when necessary and coordinate follow-ups to ensure resolution.

  • Actively contribute to the development of customer support resources by sharing insights and feedback from customer interactions.

  • Stay updated on TSI products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful support.

What Do You Need?

Required:

  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role, preferably with experience in live chat.

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with TSI’s industry, including environmental, health, and safety solutions.

  • Ability to handle high-volume customer chats and work effectively in a remote team environment.

  • Previous remote work experience is a plus.
