About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Business Case Development Manager. As a central part of our Pfizer Client Team supporting the Global Accounting team, you will assist in developing 6-8 robust business proposals to achieve aggressive time and cost savings, as well as developing strategic project plans and governance to achieve each proposal.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Support
- Modify or create templates and materials for use across the project.
- Update and maintain project plans and timelines.
- Develop regular update summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
Business Case Development
- Leverage strong accounting acumen to develop business justifications for projects to move forward.
- Business cases will detail the time and cost savings within the scope of the project.
Project Planning Support
- Develop detailed project plans to help colleagues adapt to new ways of working within the operating model, including process improvements through automation and technology driven solutions, resource allocation adjustments, and strategic cost management measures.
- Develop communications, training materials, as well as change management strategies relating to project plans.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within financial or accounting disciplines.
- Strong organizational and data management skills with the ability to track and consolidate large amounts of information.
- Understanding of AI and Agentic AI use cases for process improvement.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Excel).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Financial acumen to track and report on financial impacts of restructuring activities.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management certification preferred. (e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt).
- Experience in project management or a related role, preferably with finance or accounting disciplines.
