The Client Director position is focused on leading and growing high-value relationships within our key Enterprise accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a sustainable services pipeline that aligns with our firm objectives and GTM strategy. You will work closely with key stakeholders to deepen relationships, uncover new partnership opportunities, and expand engagement across the full breadth of our Aimpoint offerings. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, the ability to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, and the capability to coordinate closely with both external client teams and internal technical resources.

Who we are looking for:

As a boot-strapped company, everything we do is rooted in operating with "an entrepreneurial spirit." If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and navigating through a quickly evolving market with the autonomy to develop your own path, this is the right role for you. As a firm, we place big bets; sometimes, we fail, but we learn, refine, and work together to keep pushing forward our mission and firm objectives. We seek those who embrace ambiguity and find energy in building new paths of value realization. Being a "builder" and appreciating the chaos while enjoying the rewards is a critical quality/mindset to be successful in this role.

  • Enterprise sales experience in software or consulting is required
  • Hands-on consulting delivery and project management experience is preferred
  • Experience and history of cultivating relationships with stakeholders across a consistent portfolio of clients is required
  • High achievers with a track record of meeting/exceeding annual quotas
  • Ability to build and grow executive relationships with clients; relationship-oriented and going above and beyond for our clients is a must-if they win, you win
  • Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity through initiative, strategic thought, and grit.
  • Team-first mentality is a must. If you are "in it for yourself," you won't be successful at Aimpoint Digital. Regardless of the outcome, we win and lose as a team and support one another
  • General competency and acumen in data, analytics, and AI are required. You must be able to understand and capture an organization's described needs at a high level, work with our technical leaders to recommend specific service offerings to fulfill, scope and design proposals, and effectively articulate our firm's value proposition. We operate in a market where most competitors are "racing to the bottom" to be the cheapest option, but we don't believe that is an effective strategy, nor do we see that it creates the right outcomes for organizations. We are intentional and specific with our value proposition and expect everyone who represents our brand to be able to articulate it effectively

What we have to offer:

  • Highly competitive compensation comprised of base comp, OTE, and equity for high performers
  • A comprehensive benefits package-including full healthcare coverage-to prioritize the health and wellbeing of our employees and their families
  • A best-in-market team. Check out our awards and recognition on our website
  • An incredibly collaborative and supportive community; our team comprises the best of the best within their technical fields, but what makes them unique is who they are as humans. We have a team of really good humans.

We are actively seeking candidates for full-time, remote work within the US territories of GA, NC, NY, MA, and CA. Atlanta-based applicants will have the opportunity to work in our headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
