  7. Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GPS sector.
  8. Analyze client data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Effectively manage client expectations and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  10. Represent Deloitte in client meetings, conferences, and other industry events to promote our services and expertise.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on best practices for client management in the GPS sector.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.
  13. Stay up-to-date on Deloitte’s service offerings and proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards when interacting with clients and representing Deloitte.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Client Account Management, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Consulting Firm.

Strong Understanding Of Gps (Government And Public Services) Industry And Experience Working With Government Clients.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Client Relationships.

Demonstrated Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Client Accounts And Deliver Results Within Tight Deadlines.
