About the position
The Content Project Manager (SEO) at JP Morgan Chase is responsible for leading the production of SEO content to enhance the company's digital visibility and search engine ranking. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with SEO best practices while driving organic traffic. The position requires strategic thinking, expert proficiency in project management tools, and strong leadership capabilities to manage large-scale content projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SEO content projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timeline in Adobe Workfront.
- Implement Agile practices to improve content production efficiency and adaptability.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Assess and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, measure success, and inform future strategies.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all SEO content production related communications.
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Editors, Copywriters and SEO Strategists while ensuring clear and consistent communication to all stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on content and SEO.
- Expert experience in Adobe Workfront.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to quantify and manage resource capacity throughout workflows.
- Exceptional data analytics and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale content projects.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in digital marketing or SEO is highly desirable.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus.
