Vibhuti Inc, is an independent contractor for FedEx Ground that is looking for Full time/Part time drivers and Contingency drivers (Travel drivers) to add to our team!

FEDEX GROUND DELIVERY DRIVER COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Competitive Pay Range: $190-210/day (local driver); $280/day (travel driver)

FEDEX GROUND DELIVERY DRIVER OPPORTUNITIES
- Career Advancement (Management, Lead Driver, Mechanic, Trainer and more).
- Opportunity to work in a different location (temporary or permanent, in & out of state). Depending on the opportunity: Lodging and transportation will be provided by the company
- Skill development such as Technical Skills. You will gain expertise in using delivery technology and tracking systems. Also, Vehicle Maintenance, you can learn basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
- Able to lift packages with 75 lbs without assistance; up to 150 lbs with the assistance of a dolly and other safety equipment, handle heavy loads, and perform other physically demanding tasks associated with the job.
- No experience? No problem! Our training is the best in class. - Apply for driving smaller vehicles.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Load vans and deliver packages in all weather conditions: safely & punctually.
- Must be able to pass Background check, Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam & MVR (Employer-covered cost- Required by FedEx Ground).
- Must be willing to undergo random drug testing.
- Must be available to start at 8:00 AM, end of day can vary based on many factors including but not limited to (Work load, weather, equipment breakdown, etc.)
- Prior experience at Amazon, UPS, FedEx Ground, DHL or similar is a significant advantage!
- For those already active in FedEx, the processing time will be reduced.
We offer variety of work schedules for FedEx Ground Delivery Driver Position
- 8-10+ hours shift
- 4-6 day schedule
- Must have Weekend Availability (one or two weekend days as needed. it is possible to request weekend off on approval basis)Opportunity to work additional days & hours and earn incentive based bonus during peak season - performance based.
