As an Warehouse Sorter, you will play a crucial role in the delivery process, ensuring that customer orders are prepared and loaded onto delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently. You will work in a fast-paced environment, receiving and sorting inventory, and preparing it for delivery to customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inventory reception and preparation for shipment involve a series of processes that ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods
  • Leverage technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to organize, analyze, and process orders
  • The creation, covering, arrangement, and delivery of stacks and containers are crucial
  • Safely carry parcels weighing up to 49 pounds
  • Receive truck deliveries
  • The concept of viewing prompts on screens and following directions is becoming increasingly common in modern technology. More and more devices are being designed to include user-friendly interfaces that guide users as they navigate through various tasks
  • As you jump into your duties, remember to remain upright, steadily proceed, exert pressure, bring toward you, crouch, flex, and extend your limbs
  • Utilize various equipment such as hand trucks, carts, and dollies to efficiently transport items
  • Ascend and descend staircases (where applicable)
  • Perform tasks at an elevated height of 40 feet on a mezzanine (if applicable)
