- Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed assigned sales goals while developing critical success factors for new customer acquisition.
- Negotiation and Closure: Responsible for negotiating and closing business deals to ensure targets are achieved.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Community Network: Develop and maintain a network in the community to enhance product visibility and build a strong referral source for new potential business.
- Outside Sales: Actively pursue business through outside sales calls and networking activities.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to improve the company's profitability.
- Client Retention: Manage client relationships to maximize retention and grow the business according to our company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management, or a similar field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of management or related experience is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools is necessary.
- Experience working in the spirits industry is a plus.
