The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and skilled Overnight Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during overnight hours, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues effectively by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and address customer concerns.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Perform routine follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Adhere to overnight shift schedules and be available to work weekends and holidays as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
Experience with overnight or late-night shifts is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing software is a plus.

Working Hours:

Full-time position with overnight shifts (typically from 10 PM to 6 AM).
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

In-depth understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
