About the Role:
As Senior Director of Product, Managed Services (MAX), you will define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SecurityScorecard’s Managed Services (MAX) offering. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and scale the MAX product, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in cybersecurity, managed services, and product leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of MAX and driving SecurityScorecard’s mission to make the world more cyber-resilient.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for MAX, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new features and enhancements for our managed security service.
- Define and optimize pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagement frameworks for MAX.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure strong market adoption and seamless customer experience.
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights, refine offerings, and ensure strong product-market fit.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, improve user experience, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to maintain MAX’s industry leadership.
- Represent MAX internally and externally, serving as a thought leader and advocate for the managed service offering.
What We Need You to Have:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles in cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services.
- 5+ years of experience leading managed security services or related offerings.
- Batchelor's Degree
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management, TPRM, and security operations.
- Experience developing scalable, high-growth managed service offerings within a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing models, and enhance customer value.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering complex projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and measure success.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $275,000 - 330,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
