Senior Legal Counsel - SaaS and Software Agreements ID-12387
The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting and negotiating global contracts and various legal documents, particularly focusing on SaaS, software, and services agreements with major global financial institutions, insurance companies, casinos, regulators, and other significant enterprises. Utilize your extensive legal expertise to identify red flags and develop innovative solutions to facilitate the closure of multimillion-dollar contracts through extensive collaboration with Sales, Finance, and product leaders. You will also provide legal advice to management and staff on issues pertinent to the business.
