Job Description:

  • Resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to the following; vesting issues, judgments, liens subordination agreements, releases and title issues.
  • Executes title curative actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service through proactive communication with customers and business partners.
  • High volume, fast paced environment.
  • All candidates must have the following: lien clearing and title resolution experience, Curative title experience with previous Title company, must be able to multitask and able to work quickly and independently.
  • Candidate should possess the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and manage priorities of the business effectively.
