This is a job advertisement for a live chat customer support assistant. What you will be doing:

As a live chat assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on a business’s website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. As a valued member of the team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and driving sales.
