Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide assistance or information.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or conduct surveys.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure quality service.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
  • Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a headset.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
